Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month we will get a great workout in while listening to some gospel jams! Eat class will include a through warmup/stretch. Followed by some fun cardio hip-hop moves to get your heart rate up and burn off that Sunday lunch! Closing out with a good core session and a cool-down!
